Refund and Return Policy

At Naman Ayurved, we are committed to providing you with 100% authentic Ayurvedic products. Because we deal in healthcare, wellness, and personal care items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the hygiene, safety, and quality of our products.
1. Return Eligibility We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received an expired product.
You received an incorrect product that does not match your order.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed consumable products, skincare, or haircare items under any circumstances.
2. Return Window You must raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
Email us at namanayurved@gmail.com or contact us via phone at +91-7798821851 within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
Attach clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product along with the original packaging and shipping label.
4. Return Process Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if applicable in your area) or provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and safety seals completely intact.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account or UPI details for the refund transfer.
6. Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
