Dosage and usage

The recommended dosage starts at 5 ml in 50 ml warm water twice daily for the first week, increasing to 10 ml in 100 ml warm water twice daily in the second week. From the third week onwards, the dosage is 15 ml in 150 ml warm water twice daily. It should be taken on an empty stomach, preferably one hour before meals. For best results, avoid coffee, tea, or any food for at least an hour after taking Amrith Noni D Plus
