  • Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia): Known for detoxifying properties.
  • Nagarmotha (Cyperus scariosus): Has diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Apamarga (Achyranthes aspera): Supports healthy urination.
  • Gojihva (Onosma bracteatum): May help relieve muscle spasms and associated pain.
  • Hajrul Yahood Bhasma: A mineral traditionally used for urinary issues.
  • Shilajeet (Purified): A mineral compound with diuretic properties. 
Other ingredients include various herbs such as Sahadevi (Vernonia cinerea), Vana Tulasi (Ocimum sanctum), and Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris). 
Dosage
The typical adult dosage is 2 tablets twice daily until symptoms improve. For preventing recurrence, 1 tablet twice daily for 6 months may be advised.
