'Dukh Dabav Lep' (दुखदबाव लेप) is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal formulation used for centuries as a plaster to relieve joint and muscle pain, inflammation, and swelling
. It is often referred to as an Ayurvedic pain plaster.

How to use
  1. Prepare the paste: Scrape or grind the hard lep block with a little warm water to form a thick paste.
  2. Apply to the affected area: Spread the warm paste onto the sore muscle or joint.
  3. Cover with cotton: Place a layer of cotton or a bandage over the applied lep to hold it in place.
  4. Allow it to set: Leave the lep on for several days, typically 5 to 6, as directed by the manufacturer.
  5. Remove the lep: After the recommended time, wash the area with warm water and soap.
