- Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with plain water.
As a herbal hair pack
For more intense treatment, combine shikakai with other beneficial herbs.
- For conditioning and shine: Mix shikakai powder with hibiscus powder and fenugreek powder, and combine with curd (yogurt) to form a thick paste. Apply to your hair, leave for 20–30 minutes, and rinse.
